- Lecturers (Male/Female): M.Phil/MS in relevant subject with 5 yr relevant teaching exp.
- Teachers (Male/Female): Masters in relevant subject with 3 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Instructor (Male): Retired from armed forces with relevant experience
- Assistant Head of Home (Female for residential): Masters with 3 years experience in relevant field.
